Southeast Missouri State University first postponed a wreath-laying ceremony for three victims of TWA Flight 800. Now, it won't hold one at all.

Southeast graduate Joe Lychner's wife and two daughters were among 230 people killed when TWA Flight 800 exploded last month over the Atlantic Ocean.

Lychner's Sigma Chi fraternity brothers wanted to hold a ceremony in memory of the family. But at Lychner's request, no ceremony will be held, a university spokesman said.
