The Third Annual Cross Rivers Blues Festival Saturday, March 1, at Port Cape in Cape Girardeau. Five bands performed during the festival which was organized by Ivas John of Cape Girardeau. "I just had an idea to bring a lot of music from outside the area to Cape Girardeau," said John. "So far we've been really pleased with the way people have responded to it."
