CHARLESTON - Charleston residents are inviting visitors to "Step Back in Time" when they arrive for the 30th annual Dogwood-Azalea Festival. The steps can take visitors back 30 years when the Molly French Garden Club's plant sale began the original festival.
Activities begin Thursday and continue through Sunday. This year's theme celebrates the Victorian flavor of Charleston and the milestone marking the festival's 30th anniversary
