The five men were indicted last week with Warren Jeffs, the already-jailed leader of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Jeffs and four others were charged in Texas with felony sexual assault of a child.

The fifth was charged with failing to report child abuse. One of the five was also charged with bigamy.

The official says the men turned themselves in in Schleicher (SHLY-ker) County, where the FLDS runs the Yearning For Zion Ranch.
