The Cape Girardeau Public Health Center will begin offering flu immunizations on a walk-in basis beginning Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the center, 1121 Linden St. in Cape Girardeau. Nurses can come to vehicles if residents have difficulty walking. Other clinics will be held Oct. 12 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Delta Community Center in Delta; Oct. 19 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the American Legion hall in Jackson; Oct. 26 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Cape Girardeau Fire Station No. 1, and Oct. 31 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Jackson Fire Station in Jackson.
