SEMO District Fair announces cancellation of event

The SEMO District Fair has announced the cancellation of Friday's Sept. 13, hot rod truck & tractor pull event.

Refunds will be awarded to those who purchased advance tickets for this event.

The carnival and all other events will go on as scheduled, weather permitting, according to the release.

Weather already affected entertainment as Elton Dan and the Rocket Band, was canceled Thursday, Sept. 12.
