HOCHE MEMORIAL AWARD GOES TO CAPE STUDENT
Elizabeth A. Hale of Cape Girardeau has been awarded the David E. Hoche Memorial Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University during the 1992-1993 academic year. The Hoche scholarship is awarded to freshmen who are graduates of Cape Girardeau Central High School and are majoring in accounting.
