Rachel Miller of St. Louis will speak from noon to 1:55 p.m. April 24 as part of Holocaust Rembembrance Day. The event is free and open to the public. Miller was born and raised in France before World War II and was hidden as a child during the Holocaust.

She spoke April 13 at Cape Girardeau Central High School.
