Sentence: 65 months

Summary: Steven J. Webb was sentenced on one felony count of being a previously convicted felon in possession of firearms and ammunition. On Aug. 24, 2011, law enforcement officers executed an arrest warrant on Webb at a residence in New Madrid County. Officers found three loaded rifle magazines in his pants pockets and a bag containing two rifles and four loaded 30-round magazines. Due to Webb's felony conviction in 2011 for unlawful use of a weapon, he is prohibited from possessing firearms.

This case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Scott and New Madrid County Sheriff's Offices. Assistant United States Attorney Keith D. Sorrell handled the prosecution for the Government.
