n Charge: A felony count of conspiracy to manufacture 5 or more grams of methamphetamine.

n Sentencing: Set for May 28. He faces up to 40 years in prison and a fine of up to $2 million.

n Summary: On Nov. 20, Perry County officers executed a search warrant at Cochran's home where numerous items associated with the use and manufacture of methamphetamine were found. Cochran told officers he cooked the controlled substance, while others provided the ingredients for the process.
