-- Approve preliminary plat of Klaus Park Village Subdivision as submitted by James C. Green.

-- Set public hearing for 7:30 p.m. Monday, June 7, to rezone property owned by Equity South, L.L.C. and described as Klaus Park Village Subdivision from R-1 (single-family residential) to R-2 (single-family residential), R-3 (general residential) and C-2 (general commercial) as requested by James C. Green.

-- Approve rezoning of property addressed as 2436 Brittany Drive from C-2 (general commercial) to R-2 (single-family residential) as submitted by Mr. and Mrs. James Joggerst.

-- Authorize Jackson Fire Department to establish a Jackson Fire Department Explorer Post.

-- Approve Pay Request 2 in the amount of $4,500 to Lappe Cement Finishing Inc. under the East Main Street Extension Project Contract.
