-- Allow the Missouri State Highway Patrol to use office space adjacent to the Community Room for their Major Crash Unit Operation.

Street Committee

-- Authorize barricading of streets for Tuesday 's annual Band Festival Parade.

-- Move to express the city's opposition to Missouri Department of Transportation's proposed Highway 72 improvement (widening to five lanes) because of the agency's low priority of the city's other highway projects.

-- Authorize an agreement with Smith and Company Engineers of Poplar Bluff for engineering services for the city.

-- Authorize the transfer of equipment from city to Cape Girardeau County.

-- Approve a mutual aid agreement with the Forestry Division, Missouri Department of Conservation to suppress natural cover fires.
