* Consider a motion approving the closure of North Maryland Street, between Kate Street and Florence Street; and Kate Street, between North Georgia Street and North Maryland Street, from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. July 4 and authorizing the use of loud speakers for a neighborhood block party as requested by Brian Horrell.
