Jackson man seeks Emerson's seat as independent
Local man Larry Bill is gathering signatures for his petition to be allowed on the ballot for Missouri's 8th Congressional District seat held by incumbent Republican JoAnn Emerson. The Jackson resident says he is running as a conservative independent. Bill says he sees little difference between the left and right in Washington D.C. right now and strongly supports term limits.
