Republican Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder's appearance on Fox News has been rescheduled, according to a news release from his office. Kinder's director of communications, Gary McElyea, said the lieutenant governor will be discussing his lawsuit challenging the federal health care law and developments in some of the other lawsuits across the country. Kinder, a Cape Girardeau native, last appeared on Susteren's show in August, when he spoke about Missouri's passage of Proposition C.
