MAYFEST CARNIVAL SATURDAY AT SEMO

A Mayfest Carnival will be held from 3 to 10 p.m. Saturday on the terraces at Academic Hall.

The theme is "Party Like It's 1999."

Clowns, jugglers, food, entertainment, attempts to break wacky world records, face painting, and a duck pond for children are among activities being presented.

The event is intended both for the campus and community. Many organizations are using it as a fund raiser.

Zimmer Broadcasting will broadcast live, with donations going to St. Jude's Children's Hospital. The Student Activities Council is sponsoring the event.
