The charges stem from an incident Friday night. Around 10 p.m. the Scott County Sheriff's Department received a call of a domestic incident in progress at 211 Cora in Morley, said Sheriff Rick Walter. The call indicated a weapon was involved, and other reports indicated shots had been fired.

Police believe the shot was fired from a shotgun wielded by Charles Roberts.

Teresa Roberts sought medical attention for an elbow injury not related to the gunshot. Charles Roberts was arrested on the scene.

Police said they found several plastic bags with marijuana in them while in the residence.
