NEW LUBRICANT BRAND AVAILABLE

Drydene heavy duty oils and lubricants are now available in the area through Brase Distributing Inc., Kar Kare of Cape Girardeau, and 13 company-owned stores in Southeast Missouri.

"We are probably the distributor farthest west for the company," said Brase Distributing Co. sales manager David Kies Jr. "Drydene is based in Baltimore, Md., and up to now has been distributed along the East Coast."

The 98-year-old company specializes in heavy duty and industrial oil and grease products that are used by major industrial companies. Kies said one of its specialty products is a grease that is approved by the federal government for use in food-processing plants.

Drydene produces and markets more than 500 kinds of branded lubricants. Some of the company's products to be handled locally are motor oils, transmission fluid, hydraulic oils, specialty greases, cleaners and solvents. Some are for general consumer use.

The products are available through Kar Kare, 1009 N. Kingshighway, B&H Fleet and Industrial Supply, 2350 Rust Avenue, and the 13 affiliated company automotive supply stores in Southeast Missouri.
