"We will modernize the place," Welker said. "We will add a security gate and make it similar to our Armor Mini Storage North at 1678 Kingsway Dr. We are changing the name to Armor Mini Storage Central."

The Bockhorsts own Armor Mini Storage South at 832 S. Kingshighway.

Firebird Investments recently purchased and renovated the former Van Matre Buick building at 20 S. Sprigg.
