Michael A. Bollinger, 19, received moderate injuries when his vehicle ran off the road and overturned shortly before 7 a.m. Tuesday, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol website. No citations were issued.
Bollinger was taken by ambulance to Saint Francis Medical Center.
