Parking in parts of the city will be restricted starting at 2 a.m. Saturday, in preparation for the Southeast Missouri State University Homecoming Parade. The parade will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday. Beginning at 2 a.m., parking will be prohibited on both sides of Broadway from North West End Boulevard to Main Street; from Broadway to William Street; on North West End Boulevard from Broadway to Pemiscot; and on North Louisiana about 200 feet south from Broadway...

Parking in parts of the city will be restricted starting at 2 a.m. Saturday, in preparation for the Southeast Missouri State University Homecoming Parade.

Beginning at 2 a.m., parking will be prohibited on both sides of Broadway from North West End Boulevard to Main Street; from Broadway to William Street; on North West End Boulevard from Broadway to Pemiscot; and on North Louisiana about 200 feet south from Broadway.

Officers will be on duty from 2-9 a.m. erecting signs and other control devices. Vehicles parked in these areas between those hours will be towed.

Parking again will be permitted immediately following the parade.
