SIKESTON, Mo. -- Route Z from the Bernie, Mo., city limits to Route W in Stoddard County will be closed Monday while Missouri Department of Transportation crews replace a pipe beneath the roadway.

Weather permitting, work will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use caution while traveling near the area.
