The Historic Preservation Association of Southeast Missouri State University will hold its annual banquet March 18 at the Port Cape Girardeau River City Yacht Club. Martin Meyer, an architect from Quincy, Ill., will discuss his role in the restoration of the Mark Twain Memorial Lighthouse in Hannibal.

The Arthur H. Mattingly Award also will be presented.
