Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Missouri has named Ruth Meyer Hollenback regional vice president and chief operating officer for Southeast Missouri.
Hollenback, who joined the company in September 1990 and has 12 years experience in the health-care field, will head one of five new geographic regions in the state to provide better service to clients.
Hollenback's headquarters will be in Cape Girardeau, where the firm has a sales, service and marketing office. The Southeast region consists of 28 counties, including Cape Girardeau, Bollinger, Perry, Scott and Stoddard.
Hollenback has a bachelor-of-science degree in health-care management and a master-of-business-administration degree from Maryville University.

Capital Bancorporation Inc. has announced the promotion of Jane A. Reisenbichler from auditor to assistant vice president. Reisenbichler, of Jackson, has been with Capital since 1990. She has 10 years banking experience.

Teresa McCulloch has been named chief executive officer of the Visiting Nurse Association of Southeast Missouri Inc., headquartered at Kennett.
McCulloch joined the firm in 1974 as a supervisory nurse. She was promoted to chief operation officer in 1990.
The company provides home-care services in 13 counties of Southeast Missouri, employing more than 500 Bootheel residents to serve more than 2,000 patients.

Boatmen's Bank has announced the promotion of William G. Yuede to vice president and commercial loan officer.
Yuede joined Boatmen's in 1987 as a commercial loan officer and was promoted to assistant vice president two years later.
Prior to joining Boatmen's, Yuede was a loan officer in the commercial and retail loan areas at Landmark Bank in St. Louis. He is a former supervisor for VIP Industries.
Yuede holds a bachelor-of-science degree in business administration from Southeast Missouri State University and is a graduate of the National Commercial Lending Graduate School
He and his wife, Ann, reside in Cape Girardeau
