The center, which is under construction at 70 Doctors' Park, will consolidate the four offices that presently house Cape Radiology Group, said the practice's manager Warren Miller on Friday. Currently the group offers services at four locations, three at Doctors' Park and one on Broadway, Miller said.

Normally, construction on health facilities of this size doesn't begin until a certificate of need has been approved by the Missouri Health Facilities Review Committee, a committee of legislators and governor appointees reviews projects that would cost more than $1 million and would have a significant impact on health care.
