RCGA's FOURTH ANNUAL PICNIC SET FOR ELK'S LAKE ON AUG. 12
The fourth annual Regional Commerce & Growth Association (RCGA) picnic will be held Aug. 12 at Cape Girardeau Elk's Lake. Entertainment, for children and adults will include a magician, puppet show and fortune teller. Activities get under way at 4 p.m., and barbecue and home-made ice cream will be served about 6 p.m.
