REAL ESTATE UPDATE

Marta Green of Classic Real Estate Ltd./Better Homes and Gardens recently completed the third in a series of Better Homes and Gardens master classes entitled Buyer Power: Qualification, Counseling and Commitment.

Upon completion of all six classes, Green will earn the new Residential Marketing Master (RMM) national designation.

There are more than 6,000 candidates including Green, Julie Brockmire, Janet Dalton, Sue Bellis and Alice Temm, all of Classic Real Estate in the process of qualifying for the new designation.

Loretta Turner of Jackson has joined ERA Cape Realty as a sales associate.

She is a member of the Cape Board of Realtors, Multi-list Service, Jackson Parents Network and the Lutheran Women's Missionary League.

Turner and her husband, Robert Turner, are parents of three children: Jeff, 22, Jeremy, 19, and Julia, 14.
