RECEPTION CELEBRATES NEW HEAD START PROGRAM

CAIRO, Ill. -- A reception celebrating the first anniversary of the New Start Program will be held today at 4 p.m. in the offices of Community Health & Emergency Services, Inc., 800 Washington, in Cairo.

The program is funded by Ounce of Prevention Fund/Parents Too Soon, in conjunction with the Illinois Dept. of Children and Family Services.
