Missouri State Highway Patrol Trooper Danielle Heil has transferred from Troop E, Poplar Bluff to Troop D, Springfield. Heil will be assigned to Zone 12, Christian County.

Heil was born in Cape Girardeau and graduated from Cape Central High School She attended Southeast Missouri State University and began her career with the patrol in 1997.

Heil and her husband, Chad, a K-9 officer with the Springfield Police Department, have a daughter, Savannah Leigh.
