CAPE GIRARDEAU -- Morris Kay, regional director of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), will be guest speaker during a Clean Air Act seminar, to be held at the Drury Lodge here Feb. 14.

"This day-long session will discuss the Clean Air Act of the 101st Congress," said a spokesman of the Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce, which is arranging the program.

Cost of the session will be $30, with registration by Feb. 4. After that date, the fee will be $35.

Two panel discussions will be held, at 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Kay will speak during the luncheon, which starts at noon.
