SIKESTON, Mo. -- U.S. 61 in Scott County will be reduced to one lane April 22 as Missouri Department of Transportation crews replace the southbound signal pole at Hennings Drive at Sikeston, the Walmart signal. Weather permitting, work is planned to begin at 2 a.m. and should be completed by 9 a.m. The work zone will be marked with signs.
