FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. -- A driver escaped injury and stopped her car after a 4-foot-long rat snake came out of her dashboard and slithered across her feet as she drove on Interstate 49. Although rat snakes aren't venomous, Kelly Swisher said the snake felt "rough and scaly" and gave her a "nails on a chalk board" sort of feeling.
