Southeast Missouri State University's main campus in Cape Girardeau will have a delayed start Wednesday, with offices opening at 9:30 a.m. and classes starting at 10 a.m.

Classes had been canceled Monday and Tuesday at all Southeast campuses because of a severe winter storm.
The schedule for presidential candidate interviews will not be changed and will proceed as planned.
