Members of Woodland's Future Business Leaders of America club attended their district competition Feb. 1 at Southeast Missouri State University. Thirty-one high school students donned professional attire with the intent of competing and attending workshops geared towards the business world.

At the end of the day, the Cardinals brought home 41 medals, nine of which were first-place finishes. A total of 16 members earned the right to advance to the FBLA state competition in April, including sophomore Chloe Green who qualified in all three of her events.
