POCAHONTAS -- The descendants of Charles R. Swan held a family reunion May 24 at St. John's Parish Hall here.

A slide presentation featuring family photos from 1905 was shown by Bryan Swan.

Prizes were given to: Henry and Phyllis Swan of New York state, who traveled the furthest; twins Jessica and Jennifer Rogers, youngest attending, and Bryan Swan, 85, who was the oldest.

During the business meeting Katie Garcia was appointd chairman and Marcella Arbogast appointed secretary-treasurer for the 1995 reunion, which will be held on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend.
