The family and co-workers of Carl Dewayne Graham Jr. are relieved that the effort to find the slain Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper's killer ended last week, when a jury convicted Lance Shockley of first-degree murder in the 2005 shooting.Now they're speaking to the Daily American Republic newspaper in Poplar Bluff, Mo., about their sense of closure, and lingering sadness at their loss.
