Three shot in Malden, two critical
MALDEN, Mo. -- Malden authorities are investigating a Sunday shooting that left two adults critically injured and a young boy with minor injuries. Police say the dispute was apparently over what appeared to be illegal gambling.
Malden police chief Jarrett Bullock said two people have been hospitalized in critical condition, and one young boy was released from the hospital after treatment for being grazed by a bullet.
No suspects are in custody, but police have identified two persons of interest in the case.
