  • 7:45 p.m.: Mia Scott arrives to baby-sit Justin while Brown sleeps.

  • About 12:30 a.m.: Scott checks on Justin. He is snoring.
  • About 6:30 a.m.: Brown arrives at work.
  • 7:52 a.m.: Brown calls Jackson and asks him to check on Justin, as she has just received a phone call telling her Scott cannot wake him.
  • 7:58 a.m.: Jackson calls 911.
  • About 8 a.m.: Deputy Jack Theriac arrives and takes photographs at the scene.
  • 8:25 a.m.: Coroner Darryl Rendleman is called to the scene.
  • 8:50 a.m.: Theriac leaves.
  • About 9 a.m.: Rendleman leaves.
  • 1:11 p.m.: Theriac is sent back to secure the scene.
  • 4:15 p.m.: Police interview Brown.

Dec. 12, 2011

  • 10 p.m.: Police interview Brown again. She asks for an attorney. They arrest her after the interview.

  • Brown pleads not guilty to the charges against her.

  • After six days of testimony, Brown is acquitted of all charges against her.
