Shelia Caskey, dean of the school of graduate studies and extended learning, will lead the first program Sept. 21 on "Russia: Moscow and St. Petersburg."
Larry Jackson, a former United Nations interpreter, will present "Language in the European Economic Community" on Oct. 5.
Other fall programs include: "Germany, a personal view" by Robert O'Grady of Sikeston on Oct. 19; "Reflections on Japanese Life and Culture" by Adelaide Parsons, Southeast professor of English and secondary education on Nov. 2; and "Mexico" on Nov. 30 by Joe Werne, Southeast professor of history.
On Nov. 16, a group of Southeast students who have traveled abroad will present the programs.
