U.S. 61 from Route HH in Sikeston, Mo., to Highway 77 near Morley, Mo., will be reduced to one lane with an 18-foot width restriction on Monday and Tuesday while Missouri Department of Transportation crews grind the pavement to make a smoother driving surface. Weather permitting, the work will take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use caution while traveling near the area.
