NIXA, Mo. -- Four teens killed in a southwest Missouri crash will be remembered today at a candlelight vigil.

The Springfield News- Leader reported the vigil will get underway at 5 p.m. at the Union Hill Church of Christ in Nixa. The crash happened Wednesday night when a pickup truck hit a tree in Stone County.

The driver, 17-year-old Landon Potts of Nixa was killed, along with three of his seven passengers.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol identified the victims as 19-year-old Logan Middleton of Nixa; 19-year-old Lance Porterfield of Sparta, Missouri; and 19-year-old Cody Uber of Nixa.

Two other passengers were taken to a Springfield hospital with serious injuries. A CoxHealth spokeswoman says one of those teens has been discharged, and the other teen's condition has been upgraded to stable.
