Aaron David Stewart, 19, of Scott City died Monday, July 16, 2007, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Jan. 15, 1988, in Cape Gir­ar­deau, son of Michael Dale and Laura Jane Sandvos Stewart.

Stewart was a 2007 graduate of Scott City High School. He was employed by Michael Stewart Construction in Scott City, and was a member of Father's Arms Fellowship.

Survivors include his father; his mother, Laura Smith; two brothers, Steven and John Stewart; a sister, Alisha Stewart; paternal grandparents, Mike and Carol Stewart, all of Scott City; and maternal grandparents, Carl and Jane Sandvos of Pocahontas.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Ken Strong officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery.
