PERRYVILLE -- Adrian M. Hurst, 75, of Marion, Ill., formerly of Kaskaskia, Ill., died Friday, Jan. 28, 1994, at the Veterans Hospital in Marion. He was born July 30, 1918, in Kaskaskia, son of Edward Luke and Ada Mary Layton Hurst. Hurst was a retired farmer, and life member of American Legion Post in Chester, Ill. PERRYVILLE -- Adrian M. Hurst, 75, of Marion, Ill., formerly of Kaskaskia, Ill., died Friday, Jan. 28, 1994, at the Veterans Hospital in Marion.

He was born July 30, 1918, in Kaskaskia, son of Edward Luke and Ada Mary Layton Hurst.

Hurst was a retired farmer, and life member of American Legion Post in Chester, Ill. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

Survivors include a brother, Arthur Hurst of St. Marys, and a sister, Fayetta Riney of Perryville.

Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in St. Marys. The Rev. Richard Kasznel will officiate, with burial in Immaculate Conception Cemetery at Kaskaskia.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. Sunday, and on Monday from 6:30-9:30 a.m. The parish wake will be at 7 p.m. Sunday.
