LEOPOLD, Mo. -- Agnes Louise Jansen Broshuis, 92, of Leopold went to her heavenly rest March 31, 2021, from Stonebridge -- Marble Hill, Missouri.

She was born March 5, 1929, in Leopold, daughter of Robert W. Jansen and Clara L. DeBrock. She and Leo Garrett Broshuis were united in marriage April 15, 1950, and he proceeded her in death Oct. 23,2020.

Agnes was a member of St. John's Catholic Church in Leopold and a proud member of the Parish Counsel of Catholic Women.

Left to cherish her memory are sons, John Dale (Debby) Broshuis of Leopold, Russell (Rhonda) Broshuis of Marble Hill, Roy (Phyllis) Broshuis of Marble Hill, Richard (Beverly) Broshuis of Leopold and Lloyd (Tammy) Broshuis of Marble Hill; daughter, Joyce (Paul) Landewee of Leopold; 22 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren, with another on the way; and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leo; son, Randy Broshuis; and grandson, Jeremey Landewee.

Serving as pallbearers will be John Tyler Broshuis, Donnie Landewee, Derek Broshuis, Bradley Broshuis, Garrett Broshuis and Ethan Broshuis.

Visitation will be private for family only.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. John's Catholic Church, with the Rev. John Harth officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery in Leopold.

The arrangements were under the care of Liley Funeral Homes in Marble Hill.
