Amanda Robinson, 17, of Cape Girardeau died Thursday, April 25, 2002, in a fire at her home.

She was born July 23, 1984, in Chaffee, Mo., daughter of Jimmy and Lisa Walls Robinson.

Robinson attended Kelly High School at Benton. She was employed at Blimpie's Subs and Salads.

She is survived by her mother, Lisa Walls of Benton; her father and stepmother, Jimmy and Connie Robinson of Oran; a half brother, Layne Robinson of Oran; maternal grandfather, Donnie Walls of Sikeston; paternal grandparents, Danny and Bell Robinson of Sikeston and Bonita Miller of Matthews, Mo.; and paternal great-grandmother, Evaline Reed of Matthews.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother and paternal grandfather.

Friends may call at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston from 5 to 8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Dale Huff officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery at Sikeston.
