OAK RIDGE -- Anna Margaret Drebes, 85, of Oak Ridge died Thursday, Sept. 24, 1998, at Jackson Manor in Jackson.

She was born Nov. 20, 1912, at Newark, daughter of Stephen Arnold Douglas and Carrie Belle Faw Bailiff. She and Raymond C. Drebes were married in 1977 in Quincy, Ill. He died in 1983.

Drebes was a home health care giver in the Newark area many years, and was a member of First Christian Church in Newark. She moved to Oak Ridge three years ago from Newark.

Survivors include a son, Glenn Gerard of Peoria, Ill.; a daughter, Jean Davis of Oak Ridge; nine grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a grandson.

Friends may call at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home in Jackson from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Coder Funeral Home in LaBelle. Friends may call from 1 p.m. until service time. Burial will be in Newark Cemetery at Newark.
