BARNEY STUBENRAUCH
SCOTT CITY -- Bernard George "Barney" Stubenrauch, 81, of Scott City died Saturday, Aug. 2, 1997, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. He was born June 3, 1916, at Oran, the son of Emil Joseph and Bertha Theresa Metz Stubenrauch. He was born June 3, 1916, at Oran, the son of Emil Joseph and Bertha Theresa Metz Stubenrauch.
On May 10, 1938, he married Coena Anna Bucher at Scott City.

He was a farmer and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Scott City.
He is survived by his wife; two sons, Gary Stubenrauch of Scott City and Lonnie Stubenrauch of Advance; a daughter, Donna Kaye Bell of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Herman Stubenrauch of Kelso; two sisters, Marcella Diebold and Stella Graviett, both of Oran; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. Monday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City. Parish prayer service will be at 7.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Scott City, with the Rev. Pat Wissman officiating. Burial will be at the St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery.
