ULLIN, Ill. -- Bernice L. Kerley, 82, of Jacksonville, Ill., formerly of Ullin, died Thursday, Jan. 6, 1994, at Passavant Hospital in Jacksonville.
She was born Dec. 29, 1911 in McClure, Ill., daughter of William and Cora Morgan Warnaka.
She married Roy G. Kerley on Aug. 30, 1930. He preceded her in death on Oct. 1, 1971.
She is survived by a son, Roy Kerley Jr., of Cypress, Ill.; four daughters, Marjorie Ryan of Ullin, Shirley Gaird of Vista, Calif., Barbara Niehls, of Jacksonville and Frances Chute of Owasso, Okla.; 13 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and 13 great, great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, one daughter, one grandchild, two brothers and a sister.
Service will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at the Crain Funeral Home in Ullin. Interment will be in Cache Chapel Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home today from 6 to 9 p.m.
