BESSIE HUBER

PERRYVILLE -- Elizabeth R. "Bessie" Huber, 93, of Perryville died Monday, Feb. 7, 2000, at Perry County Nursing Home.

She was born July 15, 1906, at Sereno, daughter of John and Maltida Amberger Sutterer. She and Floyd V. Huber Sr. were married in March 1930. He died Dec. 23, 1997.

Huber was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.

Survivors include a son, Floyd Huber Jr. of Perryville; a daughter, Catherine Pfaff of St. Louis; a brother, John Sutterer of Taylor Springs, Ill.; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, a sister, two brothers, and a grandson.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. today, and Wednesday from 6:30-10:10 a.m. The parish wake will be at 7 tonight.

Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Vincent's Church, with the Rev. Kevin Fausz officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
