SIKESTON -- Funeral service for Betty Rogers of Sikeston will be held at 10:30 a.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel. The Rev. James A. Martin will officiate, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Friends may call at the chapel from 9 a.m. to service time.

Rogers, 90, died Sunday, March 16, 1997, at Miner Nursing Center.

She was born Feb. 21, 1907, in Clare, Mich., daughter of John and Anna Haley Smith. She and Paul B. Rogers were married April 6, 1968, in Detroit, Mich. He died Feb. 5, 1986.

The Rogers moved to Sikeston in 1983 from Detroit.

Survivors include a cousin, Jerry Rose of Sikeston.
